Short, focused courses for professionals who want evidence-based EI skills they can apply immediately. No prerequisites required. Certificate of Completion awarded on successful completion.

Nationally accredited qualification

A nationally recognised, accredited qualification for those seeking a deeper, credentialled understanding of emotional intelligence in professional contexts. Diploma of Emotional Intelligence awarded on successful completion.

The application process

What happens after you apply

We review every application before enrolment. Here’s what to expect once you’ve submitted your form.

Submit your application

Complete the application form for your chosen course. Make sure you've read the pre-enrolment information before submitting — you'll be asked to confirm this in the form.

Application review

Our team will review your application within two business days. We may contact you if we need any additional information.

Enrolment confirmation & invoice

Once your application is approved, you will be enrolled and receive an invoice for your course fees. No fees are charged prior to this step.

Payment & course access

Once payment is received you will be granted access to your course materials. Full fee information is available on the Fee Schedule.

Pre-enrolment information

The following information applies to all courses offered by the Institute of Emotional Intelligence. Course-specific details including course code, duration, delivery mode, fees and entry requirements are provided within each individual application form.

Support is available throughout your studies. Contact us at any time via the Student Portal or by emailing our team.

Literacy & numeracy support

Fees & payment

No fees are charged prior to enrolment confirmation. Full course fees are listed on the Fee Schedule.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

A USI is required for all nationally accredited courses. Not required for non-accredited professional development courses. Create yours at usi.gov.au.

Third-party arrangements: The Institute of Emotional Intelligence delivers all courses directly. No third-party delivery arrangements apply to any of our current course offerings.
