We're here to help

The Institute of EI is committed to resolving complaints and appeals fairly, transparently, and promptly.

If you have a concern about any aspect of your experience with the Institute — including training delivery, assessment outcomes, or the conduct of staff or trainers — you are encouraged to raise it with us. You may also use this form to appeal a decision made by the Institute, including assessment results.

Before submitting a formal complaint, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting your trainer or a member of our team directly at contact@instituteofei.com.au.

What happens after you submit:
We will acknowledge your complaint or appeal within 5 business days and aim to resolve all matters within 30 business days.
You will be kept informed throughout the process.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal process, you may escalate your complaint to the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) at asqa.gov.au or call 1300 644 844.

Response time: We aim to respond to all enquiries within five business days.
